Plant Person's Garden
Full redesign of large country garden to create a sumptuous, plant filled sanctuary.

A complete redesign transformed this shrub-dominated garden into a haven for plant lovers. Generously sized borders with interwoven meandering paths entice you to 'journey' around the garden to admire the diverse planting palette that makes use of the range of onsite conditions. A central oval shaped lawn provides a calm, open space for family life.
Many existing plants were thoughtfully reused, and the new scheme is rich in biodiversity — offering a welcoming habitat for wildlife and pollinators alike.
The garden won the Sussex Heritage Trust Landscape & Garden Award 2024
The Judges said, “Great use of extensive variety of plants covering every season, both common and rare, which had the touch of a true plants person."
This garden was featured in Gardens Illustrated August 2023.
