1. Consultation
The process begins with an on-site visit to understand your vision, requirements, and level of investment, while assessing your garden and its surroundings. This collaborative discussion explores the potential of your outdoor space and sets the direction for the design.
Following the site visit, we schedule an online meeting to present our proposal which outlines your project goals and design direction (with initial mood boards), our fees, and the design process. You receive a PDF of the presentation after the meeting.

2. Survey & Concept Plan
The next step is a topographical survey to record the site’s layout, including levels, boundaries, existing features, and utilities. Using this information, a concept plan and moodboards are created and presented for your feedback, allowing for any revisions before the final Master Plan is developed.

3. Master Plan & Tender Pack
With the design finalised, we produce a comprehensive Master Plan together with a full tender package. This includes all information required for the construction of the garden, including specialist drawings and technical details for elements such as lighting and drainage where necessary. The package is intended to provide the appointed contractor with clear and detailed guidance, ensuring the garden is executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with the approved design.
We can introduce you to trusted landscapers we work with regularly, or you are welcome to appoint your own.

4. Site Monitoring
During the build, we offer a project monitoring service.
We attend the site at key stages to ensure the garden is being implemented in line with the design and that all the details are being carried through as intended.

5. Planting Plans
Finally, detailed planting plans are provided alongside a plant schedule, listing all species, quantities, and sizes required. We can also arrange the procurement of plants from trusted suppliers.
Planting is set out and planted on site by Kristina and her trusted team.

6. Aftercare & Maintenance
Once the garden is complete, we provide a detailed maintenance schedule to guide its ongoing care.
If needed, we can also recommend experienced gardeners to help maintain and nurture the space over time.
