Georgian Cottage Garden

​This garden, surrounding a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse, has been completely redesigned to reflect the architecture of the house while fulfilling the clients’ wish for a richly planted, wildlife-friendly space with year-round interest.

 

The result is a beautifully accomplished garden filled with interesting and diverse planting. Features include a Japanese water garden, lawn area, small orchard with wildflower meadow and vegetable garden with a greenhouse. The garden is a thoughtfully shared space, designed to nuture both people and nature.

 

​The garden opens to the public annually with the National Garden Scheme.
